To the 4th hee saith hee well knoweth that the sayd Mabb did at Portugallott<br />
arlate arrest the arlate henry Greene and left the shipp the ''Hector'' there lying<br />
and keptfor some cetayne dayes a shoare and fetched his cloathes a shoare<br />
by an Officer of the Alcaldo there, and thereby put the sayd Greene<br />
to much trouble and some unnecessary charge this hee deposeth being an<br />
eye and eare wittnesse thereof And further hee cannot depose./
To the 5th hee cannot depose
To the 6th hee saith that at the tyme arlate hee was often on shoare and therefore<br />
knoweth not what order was left by the the Captaine Greene touching the [?wood]<br />
arlate, but saith hee sawe some of it which was dammaged carried away in a spanish boate<br />
and some more of it which was dammaged throwne over board into the<br />
River but by whose order hee knoweth not And further to this article<br />
hee cannot depose./
To the 7th hee cannot depose of his certaine knowledge only hee<br />
saith there was a disturbance raised amongst the Company of the ''Hector''<br />
but by whose meanes hee knoweth not. And further hee cannot<br />
depose./
