proceedings against him by teh said Seamen<br />
for their wages may be forborne untill he can<br />
receave the said ffraights and that the said<br />
Daniel ffairevacks being present in Court<br />
might be mmonished to pay the freight already<br />
due upon the said Charter partie to the end the<br />
