that he the said ffareavack should and
wouuld pay one moyetie or half part of the freight
due for the said shippes service within three dayes
after her arrivall hence, and that although
there were more than Tenn dayes past since
the said shippes returne into the River of Thames and
that the said ffarevacks hath beene often requested
to pay the said money yet he delayeth to make
payment of the same whereby he the said Jarvis
altogeather disinabled to pay the Marriners
their wages And he humble prayed that all
proceedings against him by teh said Seamen
for their wages may be forborne untill he can
receave the said ffraights and that the said
Daniel ffairevacks being present in Court
might be mmonished to pay the freight already
due upon the said Charter partie to the end the
Marriners may be paid
