To th seaventh article he deposeth and saith That the said<br />

time to time advise the arlate Melchior Aranguren his<br />

and proceedings concerning the selling of the woolls and<br />
the buying of the Linnens arlate, which Letters of advise<br />
he the said Melchior did impart and communicate<br />
unto this deponent and Mr Nicholas Blague, and<br />
that the said Melchior did communicate a Lertter f<br />
advise unto them this deponent and the sayd Mr Blague<br />
that the the (sic) sayd De Baud and de La ffitt had sold the<br />
said woolls and that with the proceed therof they had<br />
hought nine bales of Linnen for the accompt of him the<br />
said Lopez de Apatris the producent, and that there<br />
was a dutch shipp lying at haverdegrace bound fr<br />
Cadiz, and they the sayd De Baud and DE La fitt did by<br />
their Letter desire the said Melchiors advise<br />
whither they showld shipp the Linnens for the said Apatris<br />
his accompt in that shipp being a Dutch vessell, and<br />
the said Melchior had the iudgement of the said Mr<br />
Blague therin, whose iudgement was that the said<br />
Linnens showld be shipt un the said dutch shipp, and<br />
accordingly the said Melchior did by his Letter order and<br />
direct them to shipp the said Linnens in the said<br />
dutch vessell for the accompt of the said de Apatris, And<br />
he further deposeth and saith that he the deponent did<br />
afterwards and before such time as the arlate shipp<br />
