further he saith he cannot depose saving that the
arlate Melchior Aranguren did in this deponents
hearing communicate the passages by him predposed
of and all the Letters of Advise he had concerning the
said woolls, the selling therof, and with the proceed thereof
the buying of the Linnens arlate about size monthes since
unto Mr Nicholas Blague Merchant which was before the shipp the hare in the ffeild
sett saile from haverdegrace./

To th seaventh article he deposeth and saith That the said
Bertram de Baud and Mathew de La fitt did from
time to time advise the arlate Melchior Aranguren his
the said producents Correspondent here of their progresse
and proceedings concerning the selling of the woolls and
the buying of the Linnens arlate, which Letters of advise
he the said Melchior did impart and communicate
unto this deponent and Mr Nicholas Blague, and
that the said Melchior did communicate a Lertter f
advise unto them this deponent and the sayd Mr Blague
that the the (sic) sayd De Baud and de La ffitt had sold the
said woolls and that with the proceed therof they had
hought nine bales of Linnen for the accompt of him the
said Lopez de Apatris the producent, and that there
was a dutch shipp lying at haverdegrace bound fr
Cadiz, and they the sayd De Baud and DE La fitt did by
their Letter desire the said Melchiors advise
whither they showld shipp the Linnens for the said Apatris
his accompt in that shipp being a Dutch vessell, and
the said Melchior had the iudgement of the said Mr
Blague therin, whose iudgement was that the said
Linnens showld be shipt un the said dutch shipp, and
accordingly the said Melchior did by his Letter order and
direct them to shipp the said Linnens in the said
dutch vessell for the accompt of the said de Apatris, And
he further deposeth and saith that he the deponent did
afterwards and before such time as the arlate shipp
the hare in the feilf wass taken see a bill of Lading
an Accompt and Letters of Advice sent unto him the
said Melchior Aranguren from the said De Baud and
De La ffitt concetning the Lading of nine bales of Linnen
(marked and numbred as in the Margent) aboard the
