To the fifth hee saith, That the goods predeposed were ordered to be delivered<br />
to the said John Coymans and Balthazar Coymans Amsterdamers and<br />
Subjects of the States of the United Netherlands for the accompt aforesaud<br />
And further otherwise then negatively hee cannot depose./
To the 6th hee saith and deposeth, That hee this rendent is fully Convinced<br />
in Conscience, That the goods predeposed nor any part thereof did or doe of<br />
right belong to any ffrench man or men Subject or Subjects of the ffrench<br />

To the 7th hee saith hee doeth not know or remember any Merchants goods<br />

Examined upon an Allegation on the behalfe of the said<br />
Salmon:

or thereabouts a Wittnes sworne and examined saith and<br />
deposeth as followeth videlicet
To the first article hee saith, That hee this deponent well knowne (sic) the shipp or<br />
Vessell the ''Elizabeth'' arlate for about 14. moneths last past, during all<br />
which time the arlate John Salmon the producent in this Cause hath been and<br />
still is part Owner of the said shipp the ''Elizabeth'' of London, and for and as such<br />
the said producent for all the time aforesaid was and still is generally reputed and taken<br />
Which hee knoweth being Gunner in and of the said shipp in her last<br />
two Voiages the first for Lisbone and the last for the Canaries, both under the<br />
Conduct of the said producent. And further cannot depose./
To the second hee saith, That within the moneths predeposed, (the time hee other<br />
wise doeth not particulary remember) there were laden and received aboard the said<br />
shipp the ''Elizabeth'' then being at or neere Lisbone in Portugall about<br />
50. Chests of subar (sic) marked '''I:F.''' and one Chest and a featch of sugar marked<br />
[STAR MARKE] and one other Chest of sugar marked '''I.N.''' all which goods and Merchandizes were<br />
to be transported from Lisbone for England for the accompt of the arlate Edward and<br />
John Bushell Merchants of London, and were according to this deponent then<br />
understood, to be landed at dover or delivered in the downes and in Case of landing or delivereing the said<br />
Master was to have 1 ''li'' 5 ''s'' for the freight of each Chest, but in Case the same<br />
were delivered at London then the freight of each Chest to be 1 ''li'' 3 ''s'' and so<br />
much this deponent hath seen and observed out of bills of lading for the said goods<br />
remaining in the said masters Custodie since the arrivall of the said shipp at<br />
London and the deliverey of the said goods to the said Bushells. The premisses<br />
hee deposeth being as aforesaid Gunner of the said Voiage in Controversy, and present<br />
and assisting at the lading and unlading of the said goods. And further cannot depose.the said goods. And further cannot depose. +
