on board the said shipp for his account in … on board the said shipp for his account in her outward<br />
voyage from Colchester which suite depended<br />
undetermined untill the moneth of december 1640<br />
last past and then and not before the Judges of this<br />
Court did give an absolutory sentence therein on this<br />
Rendents behalfe and this Rendent beleeveth that in<br />
or about Michaelmas terme 1649 he did comence his<br />
action against the said Owen dowrish for the<br />
freight by this suite demannded And otherwise<br />
he doth not beleeve the said pretended position to<br />
be true in any part thereof.
To the tenth position of the said pretended allegation he<br />
answeareth and doth not beleeve the same to be<br />
true in any part thereof.
To the last position of the said pretended allegation<br />
he answeareth and beleeveth what he hath<br />
herein formerly beleeved and denieth what he<br />
hath formerly denied./.
