on board the said shipp for his account in her outward
voyage from Colchester which suite depended
undetermined untill the moneth of december 1640
last past and then and not before the Judges of this
Court did give an absolutory sentence therein on this
Rendents behalfe and this Rendent beleeveth that in
or about Michaelmas terme 1649 he did comence his
action against the said Owen dowrish for the
freight by this suite demannded And otherwise
he doth not beleeve the said pretended position to
be true in any part thereof.
To the tenth position of the said pretended allegation he
answeareth and doth not beleeve the same to be
true in any part thereof.
To the last position of the said pretended allegation
he answeareth and beleeveth what he hath
herein formerly beleeved and denieth what he
hath formerly denied./.
