the time arlate the arlate Captaine<br />
Swanley and Terricke did unduey and<br />
forceibly and without any legall warrant or<br />

will and likeinge of the said Peter<br />
Whiteinge the Master and of the Company<br />

menaces and threateninge speeches<br />
