To the seaventh position hee answereth
and for his parte doeth not beleeve
the same to bee true in any parte/
To the eighth position hee anwereth
and accepteth of the same soe farre
forth as it maketh for him and not
otherwise and hee beleeveth that within
the time arlate the arlate Captaine
Swanley and Terricke did unduey and
forceibly and without any legall warrant or
authority and against the good
will and likeinge of the said Peter
Whiteinge the Master and of the Company
of the said shipp the Salvadore come
onboard the said shipp and used force
menaces and threateninge speeches
to gett into theire hands and possession
some of the goods which were aboard
the said shippe And otherwise for his
parte doeth not beleeve the same to bee
true in any parte/
To the ninth position hee anwereth and
accepteth of the same soe farre as it
maketh for him and not otherwise
And hee beleeveth That Ten Barrills
of Indico which are arrested in this
cause were by force and violence and
against the good will and likeinge
of the Master and Company of the Salva=
dore arlate taken out of the said shipp
and carried aboard the said shipps
the henry Bonadventure and
the hopewell videlicet five Barrills
aboard each shipp And otherwise hee
deoeth not beleeve this position to
bee true in any parte/.
