the said security or allowance of this rendent<br />
and soe continued as reputed master thereof<br />
for two or three yeares as this rendent likewise beleiveth dureinge all which time<br />
nor ever the said ffletcher was owner of any<br />
part of the said ship as this rendent beleeveth<br />
and otherwise hee doth not beleeve the said<br />
perused position to bee trew in any part.
To the second hee answereth that hee doth not<br />
beleeve the same to be true in any part./
To the third hee answereth that after the said<br />
ffletcher had in fact aforesaid within the time arlate<br />
got into the said ship, hee did goe away with the<br />
same, and kept the same out of the knowledge<br />
and sight of this rendent for two or three<br />
yeares space as this rendent beleiveth, dureing which time this rendent<br />
could not knowe or Learne where the said<br />
ship was though he did by himselfe and<br />
agents, much enquire after the said ship<br />
with an Intent to arrest the same for the<br />
acquiringe his possession of the<br />
said ship againe, and disposeing of the<br />
said ffletcher from such his intrusion<br />
therein, dureinge all which time that the<br />
said ffletcher soe kept and detained the<br />
said ship out of the knowledge of this<br />
rendent, hee the said ffletcher did without<br />
the knowledge and contrary to the good<br />
likeinge of this rendent let out and<br />
employ the said ship accordinge to his<br />
will and pleasure, and converted the benefitt<br />
