Cheeke and produced for interrogatories Samuel Putt of the<br />
parish of Saint Gabriel ffenchurch London merchant and [?Pascha]<br />
Salmon of ffowey in the County of Cornewall merchant<br />
who submitting themselves et cetera obliged them selves et cetera for the<br />
said James Cade William Billing ffrancis Bond and<br />
Company in the summe of three hundred pounds of lawfull<br />
money of England to the said William Browne to bringe<br />
the said vessell called the ''Endeavour'' and her tackle apparrell<br />
and ffurniture from the Isle of Wight where shee now is<br />
to this Porte of London and to submitt the same to the<br />
arrest of this Court under which shee now is within a<br />
moneth or in case shee shall perish or miscarry in the<br />
meane time to pay the value thereof according to the<br />
appraisement to bee taken by authoritie of this Court to the<br />
said Browne or for such parte thereof as shalbee by this<br />
Court adjudged to the said Browne And the said Salmon<br />
obliged himself et cetera in the summe of three hundred pounds<br />
of lawfull money of England to the said Samuel Putt to<br />
save him the said Putt harmeles And unles et cetera<br />

to prosecute the action in this behalfe commenced against<br />
the said shippe the ''Willing Mind'' and against the<br />
said Peirson and Company and to pay the expences of<br />
Smith in case the said Rainsborough shalbee overthrowne<br />
and to bringe forth the said Rainsborough in Judgement<br />
whatsoever their presence shalbee thereunto lawfully<br />
