presence of Sam: Howe Notary publicke Appeared the said
Cheeke and produced for interrogatories Samuel Putt of the
parish of Saint Gabriel ffenchurch London merchant and [?Pascha]
Salmon of ffowey in the County of Cornewall merchant
who submitting themselves et cetera obliged them selves et cetera for the
said James Cade William Billing ffrancis Bond and
Company in the summe of three hundred pounds of lawfull
money of England to the said William Browne to bringe
the said vessell called the Endeavour and her tackle apparrell
and ffurniture from the Isle of Wight where shee now is
to this Porte of London and to submitt the same to the
arrest of this Court under which shee now is within a
moneth or in case shee shall perish or miscarry in the
meane time to pay the value thereof according to the
appraisement to bee taken by authoritie of this Court to the
said Browne or for such parte thereof as shalbee by this
Court adjudged to the said Browne And the said Salmon
obliged himself et cetera in the summe of three hundred pounds
of lawfull money of England to the said Samuel Putt to
save him the said Putt harmeles And unles et cetera
Which Caution the Judge Mr Smith not opposing the
same receaved/.

said Suckley and produced for a
suretey Phillip Waters of the parish of
Saint Georges Buttolph Lane London merchant
whoe submitting himselfe et cetera obliged himselfe
et cetera for the said ffrancis Rainsborough in the
sume of Thirtie pounds of lawfull money of
England to the said Robert Peirson and Companye
to prosecute the action in this behalfe commenced against
the said shippe the Willing Mind and against the
said Peirson and Company and to pay the expences of
Smith in case the said Rainsborough shalbee overthrowne
and to bringe forth the said Rainsborough in Judgement
whatsoever their presence shalbee thereunto lawfully
recognised And unles et cetera Which Caution the Judge
receaved./.
