Which day the said dyer upon<br />
the allegation by him in this cause<br />
given and admitted produced as a<br />
party principall Alderman Richard<br />
Crandley whom the Judges [?receaved] and<br />
administred an oath unto him to make a true<br />
answeare thereunto and monished him to give in<br />

said goods doe belong and the respective values of<br />
the same which they have not performed and therefore<br />
