Which day the said dyer upon
the allegation by him in this cause
given and admitted produced as a
party principall Alderman Richard
Crandley whom the Judges [?receaved] and
administred an oath unto him to make a true
answeare thereunto and monished him to give in
the same the first Court day of the next tearme./.

all that will take upon the defence and}
justification of the seizure of certaine}

Which day Clements appeared for
the said hewet and made
himselfe party for him at whose
petition the Judges did decree all
and singular that will take upon
them the defence and Justification
of the said gooods to be cited to
appeare in the dyninge chamber et cetera upon
thursday the 23th day of this instant month
of march betweene the houres of 2 and 4
in the afternoone to see an allegation
given and witnesses produced and sworne on
the behalfe of the said Thomas hewet with
intimation et cetera./.

upon the first assignation upon Satterday next

in the said recognizance mentioned To the
effect following videlicet. That the said Abdy
and the rest of the owners of the said
goods shall within tenne daies after their
goods shalbe delivered to them out of the
Custome house or any other wayes appeare
unto this Court and specifie upon their aothes
the names of the particular persons to whom the
said goods doe belong and the respective values of
the same which they have not performed and therefore
he desired them to be decreed to be attached whereupon
the Judges at the petition of the said Budd oath beinge
