To the first article of the sayd allegation hee saith that hee well knoweth the<br />
arlate Joachim, Lawrence and david Zollicoffer of Saint Gallo in Switzerland<br />
and Paule :Langerman of hamburrough<br />
for about these three yeares last past have bin and still are commonly<br />
reputed and accompted the true and lawfull Owners and Proprietors of<br />
the shipp arlate called the ''Switzer'' and of her tackle and furniture this<br />
hee knoweth being purser of the sayd shipp the voyage whrein shee was<br />
