Dunkirke by the severall persons to whom his goods are to be<br />
delivered according to his bils of lading as this Rendent hath<br />
credibly heard and beleiveth.
To the 10th. he saith he cannot depose.
To the 11th. he referreth himselfe to his foregoeing depositions<br />
and otherwse cannot depose.
To the /12th. he saith that the Laders factors of the goods now Claymed<br />
did never acquaint this Rendent for whose accompt and<br />
upon whose adventure the sayd goods were laden.

sworne and examined deposeth and saith<br />
as followeth videlicet.
To the .1. article of the sayd allegation This deponent saith that the arlate the<br />
widdow of John Coppens, and Jaspar and John le Clarke, John<br />
ffrancois and John de la Villette, all whom this deponent well<br />
knoweth, are fflandrians and subiects of the King of Spaine<br />
and are all and every of them, John Francois excepted who liveth<br />
att Rissell, Inhabitants of Dunkerke, and are all of them<br />
persons driving a trade from fflanders to Nantes and other places<br />
