And that in obedience to his command<br />
these Rendents and the rest of the<br />
shippes Company did shape their<br />
course towards England, and missinge<br />
the Channell did putt into Bristoll<br />
where they by the order and directions<br />
of the said Maples did unlade the<br />
said shippes ladinge of ffishe, and<br />
after some reparation done and performed<br />
upon the said shipp at Bristoll, they<br />
did againe there receive and take into<br />
her by the order of the said Maples<br />
such of her ladinge of ffish as was<br />
drye and well conditioned and brought<br />
aboard her to be reladen, and such<br />
other ffishe as was there brought<br />
aboard her to be laden into her, and<br />
afterwards by the order of the said<br />
Maples did proceede from Bristoll<br />
upon a voyage towards the Straights<br />
Spaine and Portugall, and that<br />
shortlie after her departure thence<br />
the said shippe did againe meete<br />
with a violent storme and tempest<br />
insomuch that the said shippe did<br />
growe soe leakye that she could<br />
hardlye live in the sea not withstanding<br />
