Spaine or Portugall But they and
Maples absolutely denyed and refused
soe to doe, and withall gave expresse
charge and comannd to the Company
to steere her course towards England
And that in obedience to his command
these Rendents and the rest of the
shippes Company did shape their
course towards England, and missinge
the Channell did putt into Bristoll
where they by the order and directions
of the said Maples did unlade the
said shippes ladinge of ffishe, and
after some reparation done and performed
upon the said shipp at Bristoll, they
did againe there receive and take into
her by the order of the said Maples
such of her ladinge of ffish as was
drye and well conditioned and brought
aboard her to be reladen, and such
other ffishe as was there brought
aboard her to be laden into her, and
afterwards by the order of the said
Maples did proceede from Bristoll
upon a voyage towards the Straights
Spaine and Portugall, and that
shortlie after her departure thence
the said shippe did againe meete
with a violent storme and tempest
insomuch that the said shippe did
growe soe leakye that she could
hardlye live in the sea not withstanding
the Companyies continuall pumpinge
by
