this Rendents factors did procure<br /& … this Rendents factors did procure<br />
a great quantity of Tabaccoes to<br />
bee there laden and put on board<br />
the said shipp for the Account of<br />
these Rendents and other men to bee<br />
brought to this port of London and<br />
that the said shipp after shee had<br />
receaved the same on board did de=<br />
parte and set saile therewith for<br />
England and in her Course thither<br />
was soe leaky and insufficient as<br />
that a great quantity of these<br />
Rendents goods and the rest which<br />
were for the Account of other men<br />
were spoiled soe as they would<br />
not pay these Rendents theire<br />
freight for the same by all which<br />
premises these rendents beleeve<br />
they are damnified to the summe of<br />
1000 ''li'' at least as these Rendents beleeve<br />
And these Rendents doe further beleeve<br />
that the foresaid goods were delivered<br />
all out of the said shipp un this port<br />
of London upon or about the second of<br />
June 1650 arlate ut credunt and<br />
not after et aliter referunt se ad<br />

for theire parts they nor any of them<br />
doe not beleeve the said position to<br />
bee true in any parte thereof/
