this Rendents factors did procure
a great quantity of Tabaccoes to
bee there laden and put on board
the said shipp for the Account of
these Rendents and other men to bee
brought to this port of London and
that the said shipp after shee had
receaved the same on board did de=
parte and set saile therewith for
England and in her Course thither
was soe leaky and insufficient as
that a great quantity of these
Rendents goods and the rest which
were for the Account of other men
were spoiled soe as they would
not pay these Rendents theire
freight for the same by all which
premises these rendents beleeve
they are damnified to the summe of
1000 li at least as these Rendents beleeve
And these Rendents doe further beleeve
that the foresaid goods were delivered
all out of the said shipp un this port
of London upon or about the second of
June 1650 arlate ut credunt and
not after et aliter referunt se ad

for theire parts they nor any of them
doe not beleeve the said position to
bee true in any parte thereof/
