ship contemptuousley goe away<br />

with teh said ship from Gravesend as aforesaid<br />
without fiveinge any bond as he beleiveth and as this rendent heard and beleeveth did goe<br />
with the said ship to the Barbados, in which<br />
voyage the said ffletcher did dye and depart<br />
this life as he allso believet, But the said ship, did returne<br />
thence to this port of London. as hee<br />
beleeveth, And for the other part of the<br />
said article It doth consist of those thinges<br />
which are by him utterly denied, and doth<br />
not concerne him further to answer as hee<br />
beleeveth.
To the 5th hee answereth that hee doth<br />
not beleeve the same to be trew in any part.
To the 6th and 7th hee answereth that hee referreth himselfe to the<br />
records of this court in this behalfe which he beleiveth be true<br />
and other wise hee doth not beleive the said<br />
positions or either of them to bee true in any part<br />
saving his former answers./
