ship contemptuousley goe away
with teh said ship from Gravesend as aforesaid
without fiveinge any bond as he beleiveth and as this rendent heard and beleeveth did goe
with the said ship to the Barbados, in which
voyage the said ffletcher did dye and depart
this life as he allso believet, But the said ship, did returne
thence to this port of London. as hee
beleeveth, And for the other part of the
said article It doth consist of those thinges
which are by him utterly denied, and doth
not concerne him further to answer as hee
beleeveth.

To the 5th hee answereth that hee doth
not beleeve the same to be trew in any part.

To the 6th and 7th hee answereth that hee referreth himselfe to the
records of this court in this behalfe which he beleiveth be true
and other wise hee doth not beleive the said
positions or either of them to bee true in any part
saving his former answers./
