And further cannot depose./:

To the 4th Article hee saith, That hee doeth not know, neither did hee
ever heare that the goods now in Controversie were otherwise designed thence
to come for Zeeland, and there to be disposed of or employed and converted
to and for the use accompt and benefit of the said producent by
Leonard Thyson the producents factor and Correspondent there
resident, who did dispose of all the said producents negotiation in
and for those parts during the exile and absence of his said brother,
and that for the said producents proper accompt and benefit,/:

To the 5th hee saith, That the said daniel Thyssen was and is a
Native of Terveer in Zeeland, and was there a Burgher and
inhabitant till about the moneth of September 1651. about which
time hee the said daniel was bannished out of the United
Provinces by a sentence of the Magistrates of Terveere in
Zeeland, and thereby deprived of all the franchises
immunities and priviledges to a subject of those lands any way
belonging, and that hee the said producent did thereupon betake
himselfe into fflanders under the protection of the king of
Spaine, till hee was as aforesid about the 18th day of the moneth
of October 1652: admitted free Burgher in and of the said Towne
of Ostend, and thereby owned a subject of the king of Spaine
This deponent having seen and perused the said producents Burgher
brief of Ostend, and thereby and by the generall estimate
and this deponents particular knowledge as then resident at Ostend
is well assured of the trueth of this his deposition./

To the last hee saith his foregoeing deposition is true/

To the Interrogatories./ [CENTRE HEADING]

To the first hee saith, hee this rendent did never belong to the
shipp the Goulden falcon in Controversy/

To the second hee saith, That hee referreth himselfe to his fore
going deposition wherein hee saith hee hath declared his full knowledge
of and concerning the propriety of the said shipp/:-

To the third hee saith, hee knoweth nothing of any moneys paid
for the said shipp her tackle apparrell and furniture, but hath
credibly heard, that the same did stand in and cost the said producent
about 2200. pounds flemmish, each pound consisting in
6. gilders being as hee understandeth 12. shillings English money:

To the 4th hee saith, hee hath never heard nor knoweth, That the said
daniel Thyson did ever transport or sell away all or any part of the
said shipp since hee first was Owner of her as aforesaid, And saith
that since his the said daniel's Exile and absence from Terveer
