observed) been fitted and furnished out to sea by the said Anthony
Cornelison her Master and and Leonard Thysen the producents brother
as having order and direction to that purpose from the said producent, and
for and upon his accompt/

To the fifth hee saith, the name of the Master of the said shipp was
Anthony Cornelison who was from the first till the seizure of her by
the English her constant Master but knoweth not that either the said
Master or any other had part or share in the said shipp save the said
producent daniel Thyson./

To the 6th hee saith, hee doeth not knowe, That the said shipp did
ever belong to Amsterdam, but saith she belonged to Terveer in
Zeeland, so long as the said daniel Thysen her Proprietor was there
inhabitant, but hee being abdicated and exiled, this rendent beleeveth
that the propriety in and of the said shipp did and doeth follow the
said person and his place of residence which was and is at Ostend
since the time of his said abdication, And saith that her last
Voiage was from Zeeland to Bayonne and so for Spaine, where
shee toke in her lading in Controversie. And further saving his
precedent deposition hee saith hee knoweth not.

To the 7th hee saith hee referreth himselfe to his foregoeing deposition
to the Allegation in this Cause given, wherein hee hath declared so
much as hee knoweth to the effect interrate

To the 8th hee saith, hee this rendent was not present at the lading
of the goods in question, nor ever saw them in the producents possession

The 9th hee referreth to his immediately preceding answer.

To the 10th hee saith, hee this rendent is a Native of Terveer in
Zealand, and that hee hath no manner of interest or concernment
in the shipp and lading now in Controversie, nor feareth any prejudice
or expecteth any benefit by the condemnation or restitution thereof

To the 11th hee referreth to his foregoeing deposition./

To the 12th hee saith, That the said Leonard Thysen a Native of
and inhabitant in Terveere, and brother to the said producent, hath
bin and is during his said brothers exile his factor and Agent, but
this rendent saith hee knoweth not, nor ever heard that the said
Leonard Thysen had or hath any manner or interest or
share in the shipp or goods in Controversy/:

To the 13th hee saith, hee doeth upon his Conscience declare, That
hee firmely beleeveth, That the goods now Claimed doe solely and
wholely belong to the siad producent daniel Thysen:-

To the 14th hee saith, hee hath not heard nor knoweth of any goods which
the said shipp carried out with her in her last outwards Voiage from
Zeeland for Bayonne, And further cannot depose./
