Transcription sixteenth part of her to Mr George Torriansixteenth part of her to Mr George Torriano, and by another<br /> of the said bills another sixteenth part of her to Mr Stephen<br /> Jeffery, and by the Other bill, another sixteenth part of her<br /> to Mr George Gale, And upon the said selling of the said<br /> respective parts of the said ship ''Anne and Margaret'' to<br /> to (sic) the said respective persons they became the Owners<br /> and Proprietors thereof; And for the Other Eighth<br /> part of the said ship, hee beleeveth the said Sanders did<br /> reserve to himselfe, And lastly hee saith that all the<br /> Persons aforenamed were and are (as hee verily beleeveth) subjects<br /> of his Majesty Charles the second by the Grace of God<br /> of England Scotland, ffrance and Ireland King defender<br /> of the ffaith et cetera.
