Transcription the money due to him for the said Beere, nthe money due to him for the said Beere, nor prejudice<br /> to him if hee doth not, and other wise Negatively to the 2nd hee saith that hee this Deponent did deliver<br /> all or the greatest part of the said Beere into the [?GUTTER]<br /> and Lighter sent for the same by the said Treworghy<br /> and likewise helped and sawe, the greatest<br /> part thereof Delivered on board the said ship, And<br /> saith the said Treworghy bespoke the same as<br /> aforesaid, And hee Knoweth not that there hath bin<br /> any money paid to the said Barker for the said<br /> Beer.
