that the said foure pipes were really laden onboard<br />
and were to be transported in the said ship ''Saint Laurence''<br />
upon and for the proper account of the said<br />
prescot, And Likewise hath bin Credibly Informed<br />
and verily beleeveth that the other two and twenty<br />
pipes of wine Claimed by the said prescot were<br />
Laden onboard and were to be Transported in<br />
the said ship ''Saint Laurence'' upon and for the<br />
said prescots account, And further cannot depose
To the 7th and 8th hee saith that he verily beleeveth<br />
the second Letter annexed to the said Allegation (Now<br />
seene and perused by him this Deponent) to be really<br />
signed and firmed with the proxy hand of the said<br />
Don Michael de ffranches, This deponent being well<br />
acquainted with the manner of his writing his<br />
name. And further cannot depose ./.
To the 9th and 10th saving his foregoeing deposition<br />
hee cannot further depose ./.
To the 11th hee referreth himselfe to his foregoeing<br />
deposition And further cannot depose.
To the 12th hee saith that hee being well acquainted<br />
with the firme of the said Michael Gonsales. hee<br />
verily beleeveth that the third Letter annexed to<br />
the said Allegation (now seene and perused by him this<br />
Deponent) to be really subscribed and firmed with<br />
the proper hand of the said Gonsales. And further<br />
Cannot depose./
To the 13th hee saith that he verily beleeveth that<br />
all the Twenty six pipes of wine In Question were<br />
bought and provided by the said Don Michael de<br />
ffranques and the said Michael Gonsales with the<br />
foresaid goods and Effects sent to them as aforesaid<br />
by the said prescot, or with other goods that they<br />
had in there hands belonging to him the said prescot<br />
And further saving his foregoeing deposition hee<br />
cannot depose ./:
To the 14th hee saith that the said Ship the ''Saint Laurence''<br />
in her passage from the Canaryes to this port with the<br />
foresaid wines in her was met with and taken<br />
by an English Frigot and by her brought into<br />
Plymouth and from thence to this port, And<br />
further cannot depose ./. And<br />
further cannot depose ./. +
