To the fourth hee saith that the said vessell the ''Abigail'' when shee came<br />
from Newcastle and to the time of the said disaster was strong and stanch<br />
and very well furnished and fitted with all materialls and necessaries, as cables<br />
Anchors, sailes, masts, ropes and rigging of all sorts necessary for such a<br />
shipp, and that diverse of her sailes and cables were newe and that shee was at the time<br />
of her sinking of the burthen of about three hundred tonns, and had [?XXX]<br />
greate guns, and other artillery befitting such a shipp, and the said shipp<br />
with her guns, tacke and furniture, materialls and provisions were<br />
immediately before the said disaster worth in his estimation about the summe of<br />
