Transcription warr having soe seized the sayd shipp the warr having soe seized the sayd shipp the ''Willing Adventure'' and her<br /> sayd ladeing they did of this deponents sight and knowledge take out of her<br /> divers packs of Cloath and stockings and other goods and disposed of them<br /> at their will and pleasure, and did alsoe offer the sayd shipp ''Willing Adventure''<br /> and the Mault in her to sale and the sayd Robert ffisher the Master of<br /> the sayd shipp and her sayd ladeing to sayle spake to the arlate Edward<br /> Bignett who came alonge in the sayd shipp from England as Supracargo<br /> and advised him that in regard the same mault and other goods was taken<br /> sold hee would buy the same, and the sayd Ostend man of warr alsoe<br /> offered the same to the sayd Bignett to sale but the sayd Bignett<br /> refused to buy the same and sayd hee could not nor would meddle<br /> with the buying thereof unlesse hee had order from the arlate Edward<br /> Tassell who as hee sayd was a part Owner with him the sayd Bignett<br /> of the sayd Mault and other goods And the sayd Ostend men of warr seeing<br /> that the sayd Bignett would not buy the same did offer the same to [?saile]<br /> to any other who would buy the same and in order therrto brought a<br /> measure to measure out the Corne to such as would buy it which<br /> the sayd Robert ffisher seeing and perceiving that the sayd shipp and the<br /> sayd mault and other goods left aboard her and not taken away would alsoe<br /> be disposed of and sold did for the prevention thereof agree with the<br /> sayd Captaines of the sayd two Ostend men of warr to give them<br /> for the sayd shipp a hundred and sixty pounds sterling and for<br /> the sayd Mault and other goods two hundred pounds more of like<br /> money and twenty five pounds more of like money over and above<br /> for gratuitie and gave the sayd Captaines a bond wherein hee<br /> the sayd ffisher and the sayd Bignett and one Richard davie the sayd<br /> ffishers mate were bound to the sayd Captaines for the payment<br /> of the sayd money soe agreed upon and the sayd Bignett and davie were left on board one of the Ostend men of warr (beside the sayd [?XX] [?gave] and securitie till the sayd moneys were paid this hee deposeth of sight and<br /> certayne knowledge being a prizoner aboard one of the sayd men of<br /> warr who seized the sayd shipp and her ladeing and imployed by the<br /> Captaines of the sayd men of warr to write the sayd bond And<br /> further to these articles hee cannot depose saving hee saith that by<br /> the bills of ladeing and other papers and documents belonging to the sayd<br /> ship the ''Willing Adventure'' and which were upon her seizure brought<br /> aboard the manne of warr where this deponent was prizoner and<br /> there shewed to him this deponent it did to this deponent appeare<br /> that the sayd shipp ''Willing Adventure'' was an English shipp belonging<br /> to Linne and was bound with her l;adeing for Quinsborrowe arlate To the 6th and 7th articles hee saith that after the sayd ffisher had [?XXX]<br /> [?XXXX]ayd ffisher had [?XXX]<br /> [?XXXX]  +
