this voyage thense, and otherwise hee referreth himselfe to his foregoing deposition.
To the second hee saith hee knew the said producent a little before such his<br />
lading the said goods at Santa Cruse, and saw him first there, but doth<br />
not know his father or mother, and that hee never knew him by any other<br />
name than Daniel, and they called him Daniel de Passanier, for that<br />
hee was a passenger in the shipp. And otherwise hee cannot answer<br />
saving as aforesaid.
To the third hee saith hee saw the said producent trade and buy<br />
some of the said goods at Santa Cruse, and saw him come on board with<br />
