To the eighth article of the said allegation hee saith and deposeth, that<br />
hee well knoweth the producents Balthazar and John Coymans<br />
and hath soe donne for theise thirtie yeares last past and upwards, during<br />
which space hee well knoweth that they have bin and are citizens<br />
burgers and Inhabitants of Amsterdam, and subiects of the lords the<br />
States of the United Netherlands and for such commonly accompted<br />
which hee knoweth having bin severall times at their dwelling<br />
there, and was soe at their dwelling there about thirtie yeares<br />
since, and hath for many yeares had merchandizing correspondence<br />
with them as living there, and that they are merchants of<br />
very good qualitie and accompt, and this deponent well knew<br />
their father there alsoe dwelling, and this deponent beleeveth them<br />
to be natives of that citie. And otherwise hee cannot depose.
