Transcription one hundred Royalls plate which at the ratone hundred Royalls plate which at the rate above mentioned amounts to one hundred nynty<br /> eight pounds sixteene shillings sterling most of which this deponent<br /> beleeveth was expended upon the sayd shipp for necesaaries which shee<br /> wanted, as will more particularly appeare by the Accompt of the sayd<br /> Brunnings And further to this article hee cannot depose./ To the 7th hee saith that hee well knoweth that the arlate Thomas<br /> Browneing did lett the sayd shipp to freight for Mallega hee this<br /> deponent being the person imployed by Mr Edward Marlowe of Mallega<br /> to freight her And further to this article hee cannot depose./ To the nynth hee saith that the arlate Robert Browneing<br /> did at Cales buy of this deponent twelve potaccoes of Tobaccoe<br /> worth seaven thousand and odd Royalls, which hee beleeveth the sayd<br /> Robert Brought home to England with him And further to this article hee<br /> cannot depose./ To the 10th article hee saith That hee well knoweth that the arlate<br /> Thomas and Robert Browneing did by the advice of this deponent for that they would not sell well at Cales<br /> remitt up to Civill in Spaine upon William Prideaux and Company<br /> there sixe hundred and odd rooves of Almonds (which were the goods of<br /> the arlate Tilley, Vanderposet and Company) which goods at the departure<br /> of this deponent from Spaine which was in June last did remayne there<br /> in the hands of the sayd Prideaux and Company, whome hee conceiveth will<br /> give a good Accompt of them if they be not imbargoed by the Kinge of<br /> Spaine as belonging to English<br /> And further to this article hee cannot depose To the 11th hee saith hee cannot depose To the rest hee saith hee cannot depose To the rest of the articles hee is not examined by direction<br /> of Mr Suckley the producents proctor./ To the Interrrogatories/ [CENTRE HEADING] To the first Interrogatorie hee answereth and saith that hee beleeveth the<br /> Interrogate Thomas and Robert Browneing did use all possible dilligence<br /> to save the sayd shipp ''ffortune'' and her lading when shee was in distresse<br /> neere Cadiz And saith hee this deponent did hyre a boate for them<br /> to helpe to fetch her into Cales And saith that after her coming in<br /> thither there came an order from The Interrogate Tilley Vanderpost and<br /> Company to this deponent to receave the Cargo of the sayd shipp<br /> from the sayd Thomas and Robert Browneing, and they did accordingly<br /> deliver the same to this deponent, and this deponent hath given the sayd<br /> Tilley Vanderpost and company an Accompt touching the receipt if the same<br /> wherewith as to this deponent appeareth they were and are satisfied for that hee<br /> saith they have given him this deponent a discharge for the same And further to<br /> this Interrogatorie hee cannot answeare./ this Interrogatorie hee cannot answeare./  +
