Transcription To the fifth Interrogatory he cannot answeTo the fifth Interrogatory he cannot answeare, being here<br /> in London when the bills of Lading interrate were signed<br /> which was beyond the seas./ To the sixth Interrrogatory he answereth that the eight bales of<br /> Linnen interrate were consigned unto Bartholomew Lopez<br /> de Apastris to be there to him the said de Apastris or<br /> his Assignes delivered for the sole and proper account<br /> of the sayd Aranguren, and that the sayd de Apastris<br /> he this Rendent well knoweth to be a Spaniard by birth<br /> an Inhabitant and Merchant at Sevill, and that he<br /> hath lived there these 10 yeares last past And<br /> further he cannot answeare./ To the seaventh Interrogatory he answereth that the advise which<br /> the producent Mellchior Aranguren received from the<br /> interrate De Baud and De La ffitt concerning their having<br /> the woolls first, and afterwards the Linnens bought with<br /> the proceed of the said woolls was by Letter, and that<br /> the said advise's came severally one after another and a<br /> good while before the newes came that the shipp interrate was<br /> seized And further he cannot answeare./ To the eight Interrogatory he answereth that for the reasons<br /> and grounds predeposed and depending one upon another<br /> he is absolutely convinced and beleiveth in his conscience<br /> that the Linnens interrate are the goods and ought<br /> to be the goods of the said Melchior Aranguren,<br /> and that noe ffrenchman or subiect of the french king<br /> hath any share, or part or interest in the said Linnens<br /> And further he cannot answeare./ To the nineth Interrogatory he answereth that (as he hath<br /> predeposed) seaven hundred pound weight of Redd wooll<br /> was laden aboard a shipp (the name of which shipp<br /> and the Master of her he doth not now remember)<br /> at Cadiz by the saud Lopez de Apatras for the account<br /> of the said Aranguren to be delivered for his the<br /> said Arangurens account at Roane unto the aforenamed<br /> De Baud and De La ffitt his Agents there, and<br /> that they did accordingly receive the said woolls, and<br /> that the proceed therof were the Linnens in question/<br /> And further referring himselfe to his former deposition<br /> he cannot answeare. To the tenth Interrogatory he answereth that he never heard<br /> of any Insurance made upon the Linnens interrate/ To the eleaventh Interrogatory he answereth that he<br /> never saw the eight bales of Linnen interrate<br /> And soe cannot tell of what Country=growth,<br /> or Manufacture the said Linnens are, And otherwise<br /> he saith he cannot answeare./ Tobr /> he saith he cannot answeare./ To  +
