To the sixth article he saith that he heard in Virginia that the arlate<br />
Jeremiah harrison had shipped Tobaccoes for England in<br />
a shipp whereof one Cooke was Master And further<br />
he cannot depose
To the 7th article he sayth that it is morst certaine that the<br />
arlate William Mourton Esquire hath received losse and<br />
damage by reason of the not receiving the Tobacco's the<br />
said harrison oweth him, but the valew of the damage<br />
he knoweth not And otherwise cannot depose.
To the 8th ninth and tenth articles he sayth that he referreth<br />
himselfe to the lawes, and to the Registry of this Court And<br />
otherwise he knoweth not to depose./
To the last he saith his former deposition is true.

To the first Interrogatory he answereth that he hath heard that<br />
the interrate John Spencer is brother in Law unto the<br />
interrate Jeremiah harrison, but hat he doth not know, nor<br />
ever heard that the sayd Spencer did ever send over to<br />
the sayd harrison any goods, wares or Merchandizes.
To the 2d 3d and fourth Interrogatoryes he answereth that he<br />
referreth himselfe to his former deposition And otherwise<br />
he answereth negatively./
To the fifth and last he answereth that he hath given reasons of<br />
his knowledge as is in his foregoeing deposition./

he never saw the party ministrant, and that all the while<br />
he was in Virginia which was in the yeares interrate he never<br />
heard of the sayd John Sencer the party ministrant, much<br />
lesse of the arrivall of any goods there sent unto the interrate<br />
Jeremiah harrison, or of any communication or correspondence<br />
between them the interrate hSpencer and harrison in the<br />
way of trade and merchandizing And further he cannot<br />
answeare./
To the third Interrogatory he answereth that he is (sic) was not present at the<br />
buying, nor providing, nor lading the Tobacco interrate./
To the fourth he answereth negatively./
To the last he answereth That he hath given reasons of<br />
