Transcription Schedule arlate that is to pay two baggs oSchedule arlate that is to pay two baggs of peices of eight Peru coyne contain[ing]<br /> in each of them five hundred peices of eight a peise. one hundred and nyne[ty]<br /> barretons of fine sylver. and eight peices of sylver more and allso fifty<br /> nyne peises of sylver some whereof were pinas of pure sylver. allso anoth[er]<br /> parcell of fine sylver being two hundred barretons. and allso two baggs<br /> contayning two thousandd peices of eight of peru more or lesse. and two<br /> eight and thirty peices of sylver in another parsell. and four barretons more<br /> of another parcell. and allso two large baggs with two thousand peices of<br /> eight more of peru coyne more of lesse, and allso one barreton of sylver<br /> more, And allso two chests with certaine table plate and linnen and some<br /> other things mentioned in the third schedule arlate And aboard the arlate<br /> shipp the ''Sampson'' whereof Otto George was Captaine all and singular<br /> the plate mentioned the second schedule arlate that is to say forty six barrs<br /> of sylver in one parcell, and nyne barretons of sylver more in another<br /> parcell, for the [more exact] number of [which] peices of eight and for the markes of<br /> the baggs, and markes and weight of the plate and sylver laden aboard<br /> the sayd shipps ''Saint George'' and ''Sampson'' this deponent referreth himselfe to the<br /> Bills of lading the same for the same abiding in the Registry of this Court wherein<br /> he saw att Cadiz entryes of the sayd numbers markes and weight made<br /> conformable to the markes and weight of the sayd sevrall parcells of<br /> plate, and markes of the sayd baggs, but the particular makes of the sayd<br /> severall parcells and weight of the sayd plate they being many he cannot<br /> otherwise declare. And also aboard the [arlate] shipp ''Salvador'' all and <br /> singular the money and plate mentioned in the third schedule arlate (the<br /> table plate excepted being laden aboard the ''Saint George'' as aforesayd) that is to<br /> [say] three and twenty barretons of sylver weighing five hundred<br /> and eighty markes or thereabouts marked with the first marke in the [FIRST MARKE, LH MARGIN] margent. And also two baggs with money contayning<br /> two thousand peices of eight coyne of peru, marked with the second [SECOND MARKE, LH MARGIN] marke in the margent, To be carryed and transported from Cadiz<br /> in the sayd shipps respectively to Ostend in fflanders and there to be<br /> delivered to the sayd John de Lose Barona or his Assignees or Agents<br /> for his use and Accompt. the [premisses] this deponent knoweth to be true<br /> being present and aboard the sayd respective shipps at the time of the<br /> lading of the say money plate and goods respectively and seeing<br /> and assisting att the lading thereof as aforesayd. And further<br /> he cannot depose saving that he hath heard the producent himselfe a[nd]<br /> others say that the producent embarqued himselfe from Cadiz aboard the<br /> ''Saint George'' arlate and was aboard for all the time of seizure as is arlate<br /> And further he cannot depose. To the third he saith that he had credibly heard that the sayd shipps the money<br /> and plate aforesayd were laded as is arlate, and the sayd plate and money<br /> there by came into the possession of the Takers and further he cannot depose. To the fourth he saith and deposeth that after the lading of the sayd money<br /> plate and goods as aforesayd he this deponent saw upon severall dayes<br /> Bills of ladeing signed for the same in Cadiz in the producents lodging<br /> there, by the respective Captaines aforesayd (saving he saith he saw not a<br /> Bill of lading signed for the sayd two Chests of plate for the table and<br /> linnens aforesayd) And further saith that the arlate John Martinsdorp<br /> signedarlate John Martinsdorp<br /> signed  +
