Transcription board or on shoare hee doeth not at presenboard or on shoare hee doeth not at present remember: And otherwise cannot<br /> depose./<br /> To the 7th hee saith, hee is in Conscience assured that the two bills of lading<br /> interrate, and those of the same tenor found aboard his said shipp are<br /> reall and true, and no wais , they being all [?]<br /> by this deponents owne handwriteing. And otherwise cannot depose./<br /> To the 8th hee saith hee did upon the receiving of the silver and<br /> monies in question, enter the severall parcels into a booke with the markes<br /> thereof, and from whom received and to whom Consigned And otherwise <br /> cannot depose.<br /> To the 9th hee saith, that the said booke and bills of lading doe in effect<br /> agree one with another, and that the said booke is now remaineing in this court<br /> And otherwise saving his foregoing desposition, hee deposesh not./<br /> To the 10th negatively, not knowing of any other bills of lading or note of <br /> remembrance, then those predeposed.<br /> To the 11th hee saith, hee is convinced in conscience that the silver and <br /> moneys interrate doe really belong to the said Pincquett according to the <br /> said bills of lading, and no other person whatsoever, and well knoweth that<br /> his said shipp was designed for Dunquirke or Ostend and no other port <br /> or place whatsoever. And otherwise cannot depose./<br /> To the 12th hee saith that neither this deponent nor any of the persons interrate<br /> had or have any correspondence by letters or otherwise with the interrate Pincquett. And<br /> otherwise [deposese] not./<br /> To the 13th hee cannot depose./<br /> To the 14th hee cannot depose./ <br /> To the 15th hee saith, that the said Peter Jansen de Yonge did acquaint this <br /> deponent for whose accoumpt the said silver and moneyes were Laden, and<br /> that this deponent according to his information signed the bills of lading predeposed for the<br /> same. And otherwise cannot depose.<br /> To the 16th hee saise hee this deponent is a Hamburgher by birth and usuall<br /> habitation, and hath no share nor interest in the silver now Claymed, nor<br /> expecteth any benefits by the restitution thereof, nor hath any manner<br /> of relation to the interrate Pincquett. And otherwise cannot depose. <br /> To the 17th hee saise the said shipp begann her outwards Voyage from <br /> Hambourgh the Port that shee belongeth unto about 3 yeares since<br /> being laden with peece goods wherein the interrate Pincquette had no part<br /> so farr at this deponent knoweth.
