To the seventh article of the sayd allegation This deponent saith that all and singular the<br />
plate and sylver aforesayd mentioned in the sayd three bills of lading annexed to<br />
the sayd allegation were realy and truly provided bought and payd for by him<br />
this deponent for the use and Accompt of the sayd Paulus Cobrisse, and<br />
which this deponent knoweth knoweth for the reasons aforesayd. And otherwise<br />
cannot depose.

To the 2d he saith he hath knowne Paulus Cobrisse [?9] monethes or thereabouts by<br />
sight. and by correspondencyes .8. yeares. and hath knowne Pedro Navarro about<br />
13 monethes, and Pedro Calvo 12 yeares. and saith he saw the same Navarro and<br />
Calvo take boat to goe aboard the ''Salvador'' interrate, and saw them att the tyme interrate<br />
att Cadiz in Company of this Rendent and the sayd Christian Cloppenbergh. And<br />
otherwise he cannot depose.
To the 3d he saith the sayd Navarro and Calvo are the producents factors, and this Rendent<br />
saw them carry sylver and moneys towards the shipp ''Salvador'' as he hath predeposed
To the .4. he saith the sayd Paulo Cobrisse is by common repute a fflandrian and hath lived<br />
att Bridges all his tyme. and the sayd Navarro and Calvo are Spaniards and<br />
by common repute have lived in Cadiz all their tyme. and otherwise cannot<br />
depose.
To the .5.th he saith the names of the factors that laded the sylver and moneyes interrate<br />
were and are Pedro Calvo and Pedro Navarro: and the same was laden in the<br />
day tyme, and received aboard by Christian Cloppenbergh aforesaid as this deponent<br />
beleiveth.
To the .7. he saith that some colourable bills of lading for plate belonging to this<br />
Rendent, and for plate belonging to his contest in this cause John Mexia de Herera were as he<br />
beleiveth found aboard the sayd shipp the ''Salvador''a ccording to an allegation<br />
admitted in this Court on this Rendents behalfe, and this deponents deposition<br />
on the behalfe of the sayd Contest abiding in the Registry of this Court. and<br />
otherwise negatively.
To the 8 and 9. he saith he is sure and saw that Pedro Navarro and Pedro Calvo<br />
whom the bills of lading interrate doe mention to have laden the sylver and<br />
moneyes now claymed did putt the same into a boat to carry the same aboard<br />
the sayd shipp to lade it. and further being not aboard att the tyme of lading<br />
the same he cannot depose.
To the .10.th he saith he knoweth nothing thereof.
To the 11th he saith he knoweth that the sylver and moneyes now claymed belong<br />
onely to the producent. and saith the sayd shipp ''Salvador'' was bound onely for<br />
Ostend. And otherwise negatively to every part of this Interrogatorie
To the 12. 13. 14. and 15th he saith. that Pedro Calvo one of the factors that<br />
did lade the sylver did send from Cadiz in the yeare [?1650] to this Rendent in the West Indies a great quantity<br />
of stuffes of the manufacture of England worth fifty thousand peeces of eight to convert into Sylver for the sayd<br />
Producents Accompt, which stuffes were brought formerly for the same Accompt<br />
