To the 12.th hee referreth himselfe to his … To the 12.th hee referreth himselfe to his foregoing deposition<br />
And otherwise answereth negatively.
To the 13th 14. and 15th hee saith that the said Joachim<br />
[?Sehavz and ffrancisco de La Sierpe did at Cadiz upon their lading<br />
of the said plate and money now claymed on bord the said shipp tell<br />
this deponent that they had receaved severall goods and effects from<br />
the producent for which they now made him returne in plate and money<br />
And otherwise saving his foregoeing deposition hee saith hee cannot<br />
depose.
To the 16th hee saith that hee this Examinate is of [BLANK IN MANUSCRIPT]<br />
by birth and habitation And that hee hath noe share or interest<br />
in the money and plate now claimed nor any relation to the Claimer<br />
thereof And further cannot depose.

To the 19. and 20th hee hath given full satisfaction thereunto in the<br />
proceding deposition to which hee referreth.

To the 22th hee saith that to his best remembrance the money and<br />
plate now claimed was laden on board the said ship within the<br />
Command of the ffortrese at Cadiz but whether with [?or without]<br />
License hee knoweth not.
To the 23th hee referreth himselfe to his foregoing deposition<br />
And otherwise cannot depose.
To the 24. and 25th hee saith that hee for his part dot<br />
not knowe the lawes of Spaine touching the matter interrate<br />
But saith that of his this deponents knowledge money<br />
plate and Bullion hath bin and is usually [?XXXX]<br />
and brought from Spaine to fflanders without interruption<br />
Provided the same was not too pubiquely carryed on bord<br />
And otherwise cannot depose.
