and heard them say that the sayd goods were for the Accompt of the<br />
producents. But saith he knoweth that they had any effects in their<br />
hands of the producents, not did this deponent know that they he sayd<br />
ffactors bought the same or payd any money for the same, neyther doth<br />
he know whether or noe any bill of lading were signed for the<br />
sayd goods or any of them. and otherwise referring himselfe to his<br />
foregoeing depositions he cannpt depose.

To the 15. he saith he is a native and Inhabitant of Hamburgh, and<br />
hath some wearing apparrell aboard the sayd shipp which he hopes<br />
