That about two yeares since his precontest the foresayd William<br />
Coultman and this deponent as his servant were imployed by Mr Barnardiston and Mr Robert<br />

Barrells of oyle then lyeinge in a warehouse within a yard<br />
belonginge to the three Cranes Taverne right against the<br />
Customhouse London in which warehouse there were the quantitye<br />

them, some of which were broken in peeces and the heads oof some<br />
of them were out and nothinge left in them and some of them had not above a quart<br />
and some about a pottle and some more and some lesse of oyle in them all<br />
which foure score barrells or thereabouts did not make above nyneteene<br />
barrells of good oyle; and a barrell and a halfe or thereabouts<br />
of the scrapings of the barrells and refuse oyle, but what became<br />
of the rest of the oyles that were in the sayd barrells or out of<br />
what shipp they came he knoweth not Et alr nescit<br />

the sayd 19 barrells were very good, but the oyle which came<br />
out of some of the sayd barrells which had but little in them became<br />
