reth and beleeveth that after such time as<br />
these respondents had hired and taken the<br />
arlate shippe the ''Jonathan and Abigall''<br />
to freight for the voyadge aforesaid the<br />
arlate shippe the ''Jonathan and Abigall''<br />
did carry for the Account of these rendents<br />
from this port of London to the Barbadoes<br />
certaine passnigers with provisions for them<br />
and divers other wares and merchandi<br />
zes which being dry goods and the said<br />
shipp being leaky and insufficient du=<br />
reing all her outward voyadge were att<br />
the time of the said shipps arrivall att<br />
the Barbadoes very much wett and<br />
damnified and that from the Barbadoes<br />
aforesaid the said shippe went to Virginia<br />
and there tooke in Cattell and other goods<br />
and brought the same to the Barbadoes<br />
and there discharged the same and then<br />
tooke in divers goods for the Account of these<br />
rendents att the Barbadoes and brought<br />
the same to this porte of London and here<br />
after a longe and tedious voyadge (occasio=<br />
ned by the leakines and insufficiency of the<br />
said shipp) arrived and discharged her<br />
ladeing and that the last of the goods and<br />
passingers put aboard the said shippe<br />
were not discharged out of the said shipp<br />
in this port of London untill the Tenth<br />
day of September arlate And otherwise<br />
they doe not beleeve the said position<br />
