Voyadge libelate the arlate Thomas Batt de … Voyadge libelate the arlate Thomas Batt deceased<br />
was bound and ought to pay for the freight of the ship<br />
arlate 160 ''li'' a moneth for every moneth she should<br />
remaine and continue in his service and imployment<br />
and that the said shipp was and remayned in his<br />
service and imployment sixteene monethes and twenty<br />
five dayes upon the voyadge libellate, by reason whereof<br />
there was due before the beginning of this suite<br />
for freight of the said shipp for the voyage in<br />
question the summ of 2693 ''li'' - 06 ''s'' - 8 ''d''<br />
And they further beleeve that after the date of<br />
the charter party arlate and before the beginning<br />
of this Suite the arlate Thomas Middleton had<br />
and received of the arlate Thomas Batt or his<br />
assigned Stt Allecant arlate or some other place neer<br />
thereunto, and at other places as thy beleeve in<br />
part of the freight aforesaid due for the imployment<br />
of the said shipp the voyage arlate the summe of<br />
1555 ''li'' - 08 ''s'' and noe more as they beleeve And<br />
that besides the said 1555 ''li'' - 08 ''s'' received as<br />
aforesaid there was and remained due to these<br />
Rendents and company for the freight aforesaid<br />
the summe of 1137 ''li'' - 18 ''s'' - 8 ''d''<br />
And otherwise they nor any of them doe not nor<br />
doth beleeve the said pretended position to be<br />
true in any part thereof saving that besides<br />
the 1555 ''li'' - 08 ''s'' above mentioned the factors<br />
of the said Thomas Batt within the time<br />
arlate did in part of the freight as they<br />
beleeve deliver to the said Thomas<br />
Middleton att Allecant aforesaid on board the<br />
shipp arlate 1500 peeces of eight and noe<br />
more which amounted in sterlinge mony to<br />
337 ''li'' and noe more as they beleeve which the<br />
said Middleton did alsoe as they beleive receive in<br />
