Saveing this Rendent beleeveth that hee<br />
this Rendent hath not paid the said<br />
Jefferson and Stubbs or either of them<br />
himselfe neither is hee lyeable to doe<br />
soe as by his Contract made with Bel<br />
lamy under hand and seale ut credit<br />
hee haveing paid and delivered into the<br />
said Bellamy such parte and proportion of the whole<br />
proceed for the Account of him and the<br />
rest of the marriners according to this<br />
Rendents Contract made with the said<br />
Bellamy And otherwise for his parte hee<br />
doeth not beleeve the said possition to bee<br />
true in any parte thereof Saveing this<br />
REndent beleeveth that the said Jefferson and<br />
Stubbs have caused this Rendent to bee<br />
arrested by vertue of a warrant out of<br />
this Courte.
