ffletcher had soe got into her pay or disburse<br />
any summe of money for the settinge or<br />
furnishinge the said ship to sea. because hee<br />
did neither know when or whether shee<br />
went, and otherwise hee doth not conceave<br />
hee is bound to set forth his title att the<br />
suite of the said Bagnall who hath as hee<br />
beleeveth noe interest all all therein but<br />
shalbe readye clearly to deduce the same<br />
if hee be thereunto lawfully required att<br />
the instance of any one to whome hee is<br />
by lawe bound soe to doe.
To the 4th hee answereth that soe soone<br />
after the said ffletcher goeinge into the<br />
said ship as aforesaid, as this rendent<br />
could understand where the said<br />
ship was, hee did cause a warrant to<br />
bee taken out of this Court to arrest<br />
