the said Anthony ffernandez and Roger kilvert<br />
and made himselfe party for them and produced for<br />
sureties Augustine Coronell of the parish of Saint<br />
James Duke Place London merchant and John<br />
Bellamy of the parish of Alhallowes Barkinge<br />
London Wine Cooper whoe submittinge themselves to<br />
the Jurisdiction of this Court obliged them selves<br />
their heires executors and administrators for the said<br />
Anthony ffernandez and Roger kilvert in the summe<br />
of Twoe thousand and ffoure hundred poundes of<br />
lawfull money of England to the said Michael De<br />
haze and Company to answeare the Action by<br />
them commenced against the said ffernandez and<br />
kilvert and to pay what the said ffernandez and<br />
kilvert shall bee condemned in with expences of suite<br />
in case they shall bee overthrowne and to bringe<br />
forth the said ffernandez and kilvert in Judgement<br />
whensoever then presente shall bee thereunto lawfully<br />
required And the said ffernandez obliged himselfe<br />
his heires executors and administrators in the same<br />
summe and to the same effect and to save the said<br />
Coronell and Bellamy this sureties harmeles And<br />
unles they shall see doe they they doe consent that<br />
execution shall bee granted against them theire<br />
heires Executors administrators and goods and<br />
Chattells wheresoever the same shall bee found to<br />
the value of the same summe of Two thousand and<br />
ffoure hundred poundes Which Caution the Judge<br />
did receave and did decree the said ffernandez<br />
and kilvert to bee released from the said arrest in<br />
case nothinge shall bee objected against the<br />
sufficiency of the said security within twoe Dayes<br />
by Master Suckley whoe desired untill that<br />
time and noe longer for that purpose/.
