Which day the Judges at ffrancklins<br />
petition did assigne this cause to sentence<br />
upon this Day fonnight in this place in the<br />
presence of the said Cheeke dissenting whome<br />
the Judges monished to bee then and there present./.

and alsoe against George ffarington}<br />

Which day the said ffrancklin<br />
appeared for the said<br />
ffarington and made himselfe<br />
partie for him and gave an allegation<br />
in writinge which the Judges at<br />
his petition did admitt soe farre as<br />
the same is by lawe admissible which<br />
said allegation beinge soe admitted and<br />
repeated and the said Cheeke and Smith<br />
appearing for Crampe not beleevinge the same to be<br />
true the said ffrancklin upon the said allegation did<br />
produce for a witnes Robert Thompson whom the<br />
Judges receaved and administred an oath unto him to<br />
speake the truth att the time of his examination in the<br />
presence of the said Smith and Cheeke dissentinge abd<br />
having the usuall time for Interrogatories and assigned<br />
ffrancklin to make his proofe thereupon by ffriday<br />
sonnight next and decreed him a Compulsory against all such<br />
witnesses as hee shall name. Then the said Cheeke<br />
gave an allegation in writinge which the Judges at his petition<br />
did admitt soe farre as the same is by lawe admissible<br />
Which said allegation beinge soe admitted and repeated<br />
and the said ffrancklin not beleevinge the same to bee<br />
true the Judges att Cheekes petition did assigne to<br />
heare this cause upon ffriday next in the afternoone in<br />
this place and monished ffrancklin and ffarington<br />
and Smith and Crampe to bee then and there<br />
present./.

presence of the said Budd dissentinge<br />
dissentinge and alleadgnige that the same<br />
ought not by lawe to bee done Butt the<br />
Judges did Condemne them in xpences and<br />
did assigne to heare theire order upon the<br />
exaction thereof upon Wednesday next in the<br />
