the said shipp to be appraised by Commissioners on both sides./.

against him referringe himselfe et cetera and therefore he<br />
desired him to be decreed to be monished to give a fuller<br />

and alleadging that the same is fully answeared referringe<br />
himselfe et cetera The Judges upon reading the said answeares did decree <br />
the said Gold to be monished to appeare upon munday next in the<br />
afternoone to make a fuller answeare to the said allegation./.
