Stephen Trevill and Richard Lobb}<br />
Owners of the shipp the ''Walsingham''}<br />
of Plymouth whereof John Trenaman}<br />
was master touching the seizure of the}<br />
said shipp and lading by order of the}<br />
King of Portugall ffrancklin}
Which day the said ffrancklin<br />
appeared for the said Opie<br />
and others aforesaid and made<br />
himselfe party for them at whose<br />
petition the Judges did decree all<br />
and singular that have or pretend<br />
to have any right title or interest<br />
in the said shipp and lading by<br />
reason of the said seizure or that<br />
will take upon the defence and justification<br />
of the said seizure to appeare in this place<br />
upon munday the 20th day of this instant<br />
month of March betweene the houres of 9<br />
and twelve in the morning to see an allegation given<br />
and witnesses produced and sworne on the behalfe of<br />
the said Opie and others aforesaid touching the said<br />
losse with intimation et cetera and a letter to be written to<br />
the Portugall Ambassadour to intimate the premisses<br />
unto him./.

tearme probatory for the same videlicet 14 daies or 3<br />
weekes and the Judges assigned the said Advocate to<br />
prove the same within 3 weekes and assigned the said<br />
Smith to propound his defence and to prove the same within<br />
