yeo in the summe of 150 ''li'' of lawfull money<br />
of England to the said ffrancis Coale and<br />
Company to answeare the action comenced by<br />
them against the said shippe and to pay what the<br />
said Breedon and yeo shalbe condemned in with<br />
expences of suite in case hee shalbe overthrowne<br />
and to bringe forth the said Breedon and yeo in<br />
Judgement And the said Breedon obliged himselfe<br />
et cetera in the same summe and to the same effect and to<br />
save his said sureties harmeles And unles et cetera which<br />
caution the Judges receaved and decreed the said shippe to<br />
be released from the said arrest./.
